[AG-TECH] Node Management - configuring video streams

Hi Brian and Jason,
Tom recently found and fixed a bug where some video configuration settings
(such as port) did not get set.  If you need it right away, we can get you
an updated VideoProducerService.zip file, but we're working on getting
various bug fixes compiled together and released.
