[AG-TECH] AG2.1.1b multi-machine howto?

There are a bunch of documents about AG 2.x at:

I believe the ANL folks intend to submit these (or the user docs, at least) to the AGDP, so we can put them through peer-review and get them published on that site. The AG Training Project also is currently working on tutorials for administrators, users, and developers; we're hoping to have these in alpha review shortly.
