[AG-TECH] VIC V4L2 support

Hi,

Does anybody know where to find source code for a version of VIC that
supports the newer Video for Linux 2 (V4L2) API that bttv-0.9.x uses? I
thought I'll ask before I attempt to do the modifications myself.

I've found a patch for VIC written by Jean-Marc Orliaguet that is based
on the older V4L2 API (i.e bttv-0.8.x). But there are lots of
compilation errors as the API has changed a fair bit.
