[AG-TECH] Loading a certificate on video machine?

How do I 'load' a certificate on my video machine?

When I run AGServiceManager.py, I get the message 'Cannot use globus
communications because no certificate is loaded' (or something like that).

I have a certificate on that machine and I can do a grid-proxy-init, so what
else do I need to do to make it work?
