[AG-TECH] How to get a certificate under the Redhat Linux 9.0 system.

I am Vu Quang Minh at the university of Tokyo.
I have installed Access Grid 2.1-3 into a Redhat 9.0 system using
this installing bundle: 
http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/fl/research/accessgrid/software/releases/2.1.1/tarballs/AccessGrid-2.1-3.tar.gz
I have tried to request a globus certificate via email using
grid-cert-request command and but I could not. I was informed that 
getting a certificate using email is not supportted anymore. 
Is there any other way to get the certificate?

Any help would be appreciated.
