[AG-TECH] encryption, vic and rat

Jason,

I'm not sure what the problem was earlier in the day with other nodes not 
hearing/seeing you.

But later in the day you are correct, by connecting to the NCSA Test 
VenueServer, your vic and RAT received encryption keys.  When I set up the 
venues, I'm almost positive that I turned off encryption on all the venues, 
perhaps I missed one.  I can't tell because when I attempt to modify a 
venue, I'm getting a seg fault.
This configuration was created with the v2.1.1 software and I'm now running 
v2.1.2-beta.  So there may be some backwards compatibility issues.

I have filed the appropriate bug reports...
