[AG-TECH] Cisco / Juniper MSDP bug

Just a head's up: last week we ran into a bug that may affect you if your're running MSDP on a Cisco, and one of your MSDP peers is a Juniper. 

On the Cisco side, the symptom is a buffering problem (the input queue on the relevant interface fills up), and eventual packet loss.   

The Cisco bug ID is CSCdz39544.  According to TAC, the problem may be associated with Junos 5.6R2.4.
