[AG-TECH] Globus Certificate

I have followed the AGTk2.0 "Getting Started" instructions, when I got
to the point of installing WinGlobus and when asked if I wanted to
request a certificate I said "yes".   It said userreq.pem would be
created in C:\Douments adn Settings\<user>\Application Data\.globus.  It
created the directory, but it didn't create the file.
    What am I doing wrong?
