[AG-TECH] Question about AGSchedule

Not sure what your definition of channel means... however, you can make 
reservations in virtual venues on the NCSA Scheduler or AG 
Scheduler.  Looks like you are registered for both of these systems 
already, plus you have your own Institution Room...
