[AG-TECH] Change in ANL msb config

I've changed the ANL multisession bridge configuration a tad; it is now 
assigning a single UDP port for each node machine; that means each 
individual IP address get the same port assignment no matter which venue 
you attach to. I'm hoping that the large reduction in distinct port numbers 
being used helps to ease the instability that we've been seeing with the 
msb here. please let me know if you have problems with this new scheme.
