[AG-TECH] 'Yellow' flash in vic

Ti, I don't think it is a networking issue
in that we experienced the flashing with a solid
multicast connectin.

However, if it is a priority ranking issue as Allan
and Leslie have pointed out - is there anyway that
prioritization can be addressed into the ag venue
scripting when starting up vic?

question for inSORS: Are you all handling this
prioritization of vic in your release? because I
noticed our flashing went away when we used your 
software.
