[AG-TECH] resizing Display VIC windows

I don't know that this helps much, but there are S-M-L and s-m-l, which 
are just slightly different from one another (ie, Shift+s is different 
from just plain s). And I don't believe there's any other way to resize 
the windows, at least not in the vic versions that come bundled in AG 
releases.
