GGF7 Grids Around the World, March 4-7, 2003

The Global Grid Forum's upcoming 7th event will be held at the Hotel
Intercontinental Keio Plaza in Tokyo, Japan.  The entire plenary track will
be broadcast over the AG.  All sessions will be held in the newly created
Global Grid Forum Institutional Venue.  For a look at the plenary schedule,
please see http://www.globalgridforum.org/meetings/ggf7/plenary.htm.  We are
also hoping to additionally utilize the  NCSA scheduler for further 
coordination
of this AG effort.

The idea is to AG enable two of the WG/RG rooms in Tokyo. Again, please look
for more details and scheduling in the near future.

For those planning on attending GGF7 in person, here are some upcoming 
deadlines:

- SPECIAL ADVANCE Registration discount only through 31 January 2003

- DEADLINE for Conference Hotel rates at applicable hotels  - 17 February 2003

- SUBMISSIONS REQUESTED if you are planning to CO-LOCATE a meeting with GGF7.
Please follow the link from the GGF7 website to fill out the necessary 
forms and plan to
submit on/before 7 February 2003.

- DEADLINE for Student Scholarships to GGF7 - applications now welcome!! - 30
January 2003
