[AG-TECH] Beer Symposium

What an outpouring of opinions and clever stuff!

I think in deciding whether to do something risky but rewarding, one can
not calculate, but must give oneself over to one's deepest instincts.

In the long run, evolution sorts it out---in a pretty brutal way, since
most species wind up being evolutionary dead ends. There used to be
multiple species of hominids. The Neanderthals were the next to last to
die out, leaving us. Our fate, of course, is still uncertain.
