Yes, that was it (thanks Mike).

Now using VenueClient.py I can go to venues at localhost (which are
configurable with NodeManagement.py) and the Argonnne test server.

Are vic & rat supposed to (re)start automatically when going to a new
room? A new text box pops up (PyText) for new rooms, but no action from
vic & rat.
