[AG-TECH] ELMO camera flipped image

If a WDM driver exposes the ability to flip a camera's image, then
DirectShow will allow you to turn this property on, so you may be able
to modify VIC to do the same.  We've been able to take advantage of this
in ConferenceXP, so you have a proof of concept that it can be done.

I think that you might be able to flip the image in the capture drivers.
I 
know that at least the Osprey can be vertically flipped in the VidCap32 
application, and it stays flipped.
