[AG-TECH] Vic Rat Encryption

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out what encryption scheme AG2 / Vic / Rat uses to 
encrypt the data streams.  Unfortunately, my lack of understanding 
concerning encryption technologies isn't helping me much ;-) 

In searching the AG-Tech archive, I found a msg from Bob Olsen 
(http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/web-mail-archive/lists/ag-tech/2002/07/msg00081.html) 
where AES/Rijndael is referenced... however, all I can see in the 
Vic/Rat documentation is reference to DEC/Triple-DEC. 

Have the AG2 Vic/Rat distributions been updated to use AES/Rijndael?
