[AG-TECH] Wrong Port selected in vic

When launched through the vrm-eventlistener, one of our cameras is
started with the wrong port selected (composite vs. S-Video).  I've
checked the video-config file and it seems set up correctly (specifies
input="S-Video" for all 4 capture_cards).  Any ideas?
