That Beaver Lake area is some wonderful, remote country I love
to fart around in, but obviously not for a while now.
Evacuations are hard to keep up with - mostly "notices"
rather than actual, and of course it's very dynamic. Dry
T-storms expected tonight (same thing that started the 55
or so fires last weekend), maybe a little moisture Saturday,
then back to hot/dry. Visibility down to about 1 mile,
air quality "very unhealthy."
Sorry for the boring pictures on the Lobby now - just can't see
very far!!
Thanks for thinking of us. We're not "the East" so of course,
we don't get the attention that ice-cream-melting power outages
get :)
