[AG-TECH] Forgotten Certificate Pass Phrase

In the rare and unlikely event that one forgets the pass phrase for his/her Access Grid certificate - how does one go about acquiring a new pass phrase? (or the old one, if possible?)

Create a new certificate request and go through the process of mailing it and waiting for the certificate (of course, being sure to write the pass phrase in location that is secure and not forgotten)?

Any help regarding this rare and embarrassing issue would be appreciated,
