[AG-TECH] beacon, vtc, multicast???

We have been trying to use the PIG 1.2 here at the Army Research
Laboratory for a while, and finally discovered the problem with 7777.
Until moo uses another port, we are unable to use the PIG software
properly since ARL blocks port 7777 and there's essentially no hope of
getting it unblocked. I, for one, whole heartedly support the port
number being changed.

Thanks,
Jen Moses

Isn't a lot of the work on this software done by students? Perhaps
they are trying to make a statement by choosing that port :)
