[AG-TECH] AG2.0 beta 3 problem?

I am currently setting up my first AG node
using AG2.0.  As a first test, I'm trying
to ensure that all 4 machines (display, video,
audio, control) can function in standalone
mode, i.e., run a nodeservice and see the
lobby/ANL/Test rooms.  This works for the
machines running 2.0beta2.  (Additionally,
I was able to create VideoProducer services
on my video machine with 2 Osprey capture cards
and "transmit" via vic.)  

However, I am having trouble running this test 
on the display machine running AG2.0 beta3.  Going 
to the lobby, I can't see any of the expected
video feeds, just grey feeds (with various
encodings) from 199.104.137.2.  Rather than explain
badly, there's a screenshot of my desktop at:

I've also put the logs online but they seem (to
my beginner eye) normal.

Can anyone offer advice on the source of this
problem?
