[AG-TECH] mash vic causes reboot

I'm trying to setup a PIG on a dual Athlon running Win2k with a Matrox
Parahelia video card (in case that matters).  

When I _quit_ mash vic, the machine immediately reboots.  This happens
whether I run it manually or as part of the AG, and it is completely
reproducible.  I can't see any error messages (no BSOD), just the
reboot.

Up to the point of quitting vic, it does seem to be working -- I can
send and receive video with another computer with the exact same
software.

Has anyone else seen this?  Any thoughts? Thanks
