And better yet, the EVL tiled display is intended to support 
unencumbered stereo viewing (ie. stereo without having to wear shutter 
glasses.  This is much more than just having more display surface area).

If you want to go super cheap, you can just go to www.earthlcd.com and 
get a bunch of unencased XGA panels to mount yourself (300 bucks each 
with no case-cracking required).
