[AG-TECH] New and Improved AG Windows Install version 1.3

It's here - the new and improved Access Grid Windows Install version 1.3,
with updated Personal Interface to the Access Grid support!  This is to
let you all know that it's available (from the 'Software Download' page
on the www.accessgrid.org site), and to summarize what's new.

1) The PIG distribution now uses UCL-based VIC for both receive and
transmit in order to seamlessly support the current Access Grid security
model (i.e., the PIG now works in secure venues!)

2) The UCL-based vic that's distributed is now patched to support:
	a) multi-processor Windows boxes
	b) USB and Firewire cameras
		NOTE: only one WDM device is currently supported, due
			to a limitation in the WDM->VfW mapper
	c) DirectDraw acceleration (not new)
	d) Autoplace functionality (again, not new)

3) The installation now properly detects WindowsXP as supporting the
direct-draw version of vic.  This AG software release has been tested
with WindowsXP and works quite well.

Download your copy today!  Be sure to uninstall any previous version of
the AG software before installing this new, improved version (though there
*shouldn't* be any conflicts, installation over a previous version has not
be thoroughly tested).  Questions/comments can be addressed to
