Curiouser and curiouser.

that appears to be the same packet coming from two different IP
addresses. What's running on 207.75.164.66, aka vrvs-ag.internet2.edu? Is
it looping multicast traffic back to the group?

Sure looks like it is. Started up another here at ANL, rtpdump shows this:

1036615929.725220 RTP len=629 from=140.221.9.223:33899 v=2 p=0 x=0 cc=0
m=1 pt=31 (H261,0,90000) seq=1655 ts=1954856438 ssrc=0x3dd8a696
1036615929.847436 RTP len=629 from=207.75.164.66:42002 v=2 p=0 x=0 cc=0
m=1 pt=31 (H261,0,90000) seq=1655 ts=1954856438 ssrc=0x3dd8a696

Whoever's running this bridge, please make it stop. I've verified that
quitting one of these sources that's getting reflected causes vic to
crash. (The reflector is causing invalid RTP to be present on the wire -
multiple sources with one SSRC).
