[AG-TECH] ddvic error

Hello all,

We have seen this error as well in the Test Room. I seem to remember the
mention of a problem with vic dying when someone in the venue changes video
settings. If someone is in the room and tweaking the video this could be
causing the problem. I have noticed with the PIG software that the settings
for vic do not always work and we have to go in and configure before
transmitting. If someone with a PIG node does a transmit and then tweaks the
settings this may be the answer. 

No investigation on this done on our part, just rumour and some thoughts at
this point...
