[AG-TECH] Lurkers in the venues

To build upon Don's argument, there is also the case where Nodes are left in a
certain venue, i.e. forget to move to the Lobby after a meeting is finished.  

Does the secure room act as a short term solution for those cases as well?
(If a node is in the room before the keys are changed??)
