[AG-TECH] Serial Connections between Sony EVI-D30/D31 Cameras

Hi,

Were interested in using serial control of the Sony EVI-D30/D31 camera. 
Has anyone else tried using these cameras on serial control?

We can get the first camera working but you are supposed to be able to 
daisy-chain up to three of them together. Has anyone tried this?

The main question is do all eight pins need to be wired? or can you get 
away with five in the same way as the link to the PC?
