[AG-TECH] PIG question

To get the PIG to work with a USB or firewire camera, I was told to do
the following, which works for me:

1. Start PIG and log into VV.
2. Close vic window.
3. Open a command prompt, CD to c:\ag\agapps\bin
4. Type: mash vic <video IP address>/<port>/<ttl>
for example, if you want the test room, you'd type: mash vic
233.2.171.38/42002/127
5. In the vic window that appears, click on "settings."
6. Under "Encoder," click on "Device."
7. You'll probably be able to select your device, but I've had the best
luck with choosing "Microsoft WDM Image Capture (W32)" for any camera
I've tried.
8. You'll probably want to mess with the transmission settings a bit,
then click "transmit." Your video window should pop up.

If there's an easier way, I'd love to know it.
