[AG-TECH] PIG with VTC?

The PIG is do-able over vtc, but unfortunately, if you are using the MSB at
Argonne, the responses from the bridge do not set up the right vic nor do
they use the mashvic correctly. It's been a couple of months since I did
this, but I made my own modified versions of vtc - one for each stream -
(i.e., I have a 'ddvtc', a 'mashvtc', and a 'ratvtc'). You don't really
need a special one for the rat - I just did that for my own mental
consistency. I can make these mods available. Someone with more knowledge
of the innards of MSB could probably consolidate these into one app.
