[AG-TECH] Hursley AG Node - Room Design, please comment.

At ACCESS, we have been successfully working a conference room with
the operator completely removed from the room proper for about a
year and a half now. It is part of our operations plan to show that
an operator can successfully manage node operations from a remote site.
In this case the operator is in another room. However, it proves
that the operator could conceivably be at a geographically remote
site aswell.
