[AG-TECH] VV server

I believe this stems from the browser trying somehow to reuse old session 
state (the errors come from the page http://venues.accessgrid.org/AG/ag.php 
being loaded without first having gone through the toplevel page) or from 
trying to access expired session state. I've modified the server to check 
for this case; it will now bounce the user back to the login screen instead 
of dumping errors.
