The only time I've seen that was in a VRVS session once. Is this through 
one of your bridges perhaps?

Vic will drop the window when it thinks the stream is done. This could be 
because it received an RTP BYE packet, or if the stream has not received 
any traffic for a time. I'm not sure what sort of flaw in the video stream 
would cause this. Catching a chunk of it with rtpdump for analysis would be 
good..
