[AG-TECH] Encryption test venue

I don't remember if I announced this yet. There is now an Encryption Test 
Room which is configured for encrypted media streams. It uses the same 
mechanism the Secure Room does, but does not have access control 
configured: this means that anyone can enter. This is an excellent way to 
ensure that you are using the latest software that properly supports 
encryption.

If you are planning a meeting in the Secure Room, please test first in the 
Encryption Test Room.
