RPMs this time. I encourage sites to install these on their audio machine,
and try it out. There is a sliding-average high-water mark meter on this
one that lets you get a feel for your overall levels. You should try to
adjust your local audio to keep your audio within the target range (there's
a green target indicator as well), and to keep the red clip indicator from
coming on as well.

If you've installed earlier versions, you should do this to clear out that
version:
rm -r /usr/local/gtk /usr/local/bin/netlevel /usr/local/bin/netlevel.exe
