Since I haven't seen the URL yet on the list.
The original reference to the Virtual Venue Server prototype is at:

One extra thing that would be nice to have from Terry or Bob is an
estimate of the machine specs for running one. If we had at least the
specs for the one that is working for ANL, it would give us an idea of
what machine to plan for.
