[AG-TECH] Passing options to vic from vrm-eventlistener?

Why do you need a private colormap? I typically configure the X servers for 
at least 16bit colors so colormaps aren't necessary.

Sources will be coming along; I'm currently in the midst of hacking new 
server code ...
