Actually, it would be more accurate to say you wanted to meet
from 0000-0200 UTC on 29 March rather than 28 March :) :)
I'm joking, but this WILL become an issue before we know
it!  Seems I just saw questions from China earlier today....
And of course, NONE of us want to start worrying about
conversions to/from Australian time.  Much easier to let
them convert to UTC, and we conver back :)
