[AG-TECH] TestRoom bridge

Hi,

On several occasions I've tried to use the ANL bridge
to get to the Test Room but, when I fire up vtc to try
to get there, I get a message saying something to the
effect that there's no meeting room by that name.

Since the venues.accessgrid.org page actually shows vtc
commands for bridge usage to the Test Room, I "assume"
it's meant to be up... is it just a matter of something
going down and my needing to ask somebody to fire something
back up?
