[AG-TECH] rackmount PCs

I am looking to purchase rackmount PCs.  My plan is to mount them,
along with as much equipment as possible into an isolation rack to reduce
noise.  It would be ideal to use a pc that is 2 Rack Units at most in
order to have space for everything else.  My understanding is that
anything under 4 rack units is less expandable.  Is this an issue?  Can
anyone give me some advice on this issue?
