I have tried Creative WebCam Plus. It has an OV511+ (USB
video chip), which is supported by the driver on the
following page (Thanks Hiroyuki Komatsu):

I can use the camera with VIC. Even though it is not so
good in image quality, it will be feasible in many
case. But, frame rate is very low. It is only about 3 or
4 fps.
