[AG-TECH] Lost Color in 1 vic window

Turns out that it was a bad S-Video cable.  I was not aware that S-Video
cables can lose whatever combination of signals so that the color is
completely gone.

Thanks to Marty Hoag of NDSU for giving me the lead so that I could figure
out why this happened.
