why is the master client software not written in the following way 
making it easier for to maintain live session with multiple 
presentations (note there will no need anymore from the client to 
specify a URL.

master -start
       starts master

client -star
   starts client


following parameters will be available to both master and client


   -start    starts application


   -add <URL>  <name> adds a ppt presentation to the master that gets 
automatically downloaded to the client
               each presentation is augmented with a name that can be 
refered to later
   -list
           lists all presentations that are avalable
   -barrier
           waits till all clients and the master have the same 
presentations downloaded.
 
   -info <name>
           shows information about a named presentation, e.g. which 
clients can display it, which can't
parameters for only the master

   -activate <name>

activates the presentation with a particular name
