[AG-TECH] Getting IE to work with Virtual Venues MIME Types

To get Internet Explorer working with Virtual Venues, you need to set up the
custom MIME types.  Documentation on doing this can be found here:

But just in case you want to cheat and get to the end goal, see the attached
