[AG-TECH] Japan AG nodes

Hi Jeff,

There's a list of SC Global constellation sites at:

http://www.mcs.anl.gov/scglobal/current-sites.htm

Everybody listed there has at least a reasonably strong intention of
setting up an AG node. I don't believe any of the international nodes are
operational yet (except the "Admire" node in China we've all been seeing
lately), but all those who expect to participate in SC Global will need to
be operational in time for the test cruises, beginning in June.
