[AG-TECH] Bridgeport Reservations

I'm quite embarassed to say that when I previously made
some long-term reservations for Bridgeport Room, I neglected
to take into account that the UTC time would change with
our going to Daylight time (unless we wanted to shift
our times locally).  Just a little bit of a flaw in the
UTC scenario, but I'm still convinced that it's the best
"global" scheme.  :)

BUT, I will take this opportunity to recognise that we
(ARSC, UM and others) had reserved the Bridgeport Room
for a whopping 5 hours for each session and, given the
somtimes crowded nature of rooms, perhaps we should be
a little more considerate.

Therefore, I would like to change the times on our
EXISTING Bridgeport room reservations (Wednesdays - 
4 April, 11 April, 18 April, 2 May, 9 May, 30 May)
from 2100-0200 UTC (1500-2000 Central)

    TO

1900-2300 UTC  (1400-1800 Argonne)
