Jennifer,

This is excellent.. we definitely want to encourage as much of this as
possible.  I'm asking Mary Fritsch to start assembling a master calendar
of AG events that can be shared.  I would be good for groups to proceed
to make reservations for AG venues in the normal fashion and for
sites to indicate which events they are planning to host and which they
are interested in participating etc.  Lets start lining up as many things
as possible.  We definitely will be hosting a US<->EU event during the
conference and would like to get some broad participation in that. more
details to follow..

I'd like to hear from other site what they are thinking too.
