Win2k ddvic release: 2000-1127

There's a new vic at:

It requires the latest AG software install (for the IJL libraries).

New features:

Improved jpeg rendering (uses HW overlays when possible). To enable the 
MMX/overlay support, press 'h' in the window. Press 'H' to disable it.

Window gluing: if you type 'g' at a window, it won't be moved by the 
autoplacer. This way you can lay out the windows you want at the sizes you 
want, glue them, and the autoplacer will leave them alone when you re-apply 
the placement to tightly tile the ones you're not as interested in. Press 
'G' in the window to unglue it.

The autoplacer in this version also ignores muted streams when doing the 
placement, so if you mute them in the thumbnails before autoplacing then 
they won't show up at all.
