VIC Trouble on NT 4.0

update:

I continue to have crashes using both the ddvice & the noddvic code downlaoded on my Win2K
system from the ANL software site.  I've installed the UCL vic code this morning, so far no
crashes - the the screen painintg seems slow & more pixalized.
